BENS: loading is too long for two big protocols

During this union we didn't limit number of domain in each select, only in final request. Looks like postgres cannot determine that it doesnt need to fetch all domains due to final LIMIT.
Therefore we can see loading of BENS on base.blockscout.com for like 10 seconds or even more
