Add unpaid time off to handbook

In the time off section of the handbook, add that unpaid time off is an option to use at your discretion, with approval from your manager.
Proposed language: You have the option to take time off without using any of your leave balances. If you choose to do this, make sure you get your manager's approval and mark it as unpaid in Gusto or Remote. Using this is totally your choice.

Let's discuss in monthly P&T meeting — do we want to name this, what approvals are needed, etc.?
Unpaid leave
Talk to your manager before requesting unpaid time off in Gusto or Remote. You will need to be in good standing and it shouldn’t interfere with your project.
This leave is primarily used for the following reasons:
Jury duty over 5 days
Parental leave
Medical leave that isn’t covered by short-term disability (due to eligibility or other issues)
