Support collectd command format in WriteHttp plugin

The service I am using only accepts posts in collectd command format
https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Plugin:Write_HTTP
eg.
PUTVAL leeloo.lan.home.verplant.org/disk-sda/disk_octets interval=10 1520318876:197141504:175136768
It would be great to see this as an option in the WriteHttp plugin
