feat: Update ostree labels before pushing images

In order to better support the development of blue-build/modules#241, we will need to be able to pull information about the image's ostree state. This would require querying ostree inside the image itself. Since this is something that would have to be done after the image is built, a change in the general workflow will have to be made to grab that information.
