USB autosuspend broken on some machines

I would like to add

USB_AUTOSUSPEND=0

to the default configs. This will increase battery consumption but TLP always broke USB for me, on different hardware.

Would this be okay?

I'm not familiar with the laptop configs, never knew they were so popular.

Oh, sure! Ill just patch it out, honestly I also didnt think this was so popular either

thanks! This is a workaround and it may lead to increased power usage, but it seems to be an old bug that nobody tries to fix.

secureblue/secureblue#201 is hereby fixed @qoijjj
