Make libinput-gestures work on Bluebuild

Hi all,
As described at length here: wayblueorg/wayblue#42
I am attempting to add advanced gestures to my hyprland fedora image, but am unable to do so due to some permission issues. I think this would be beneficial to the bluebuild community so I am adding this issue here.
Perhaps somebody in this community will be able to help me out with that!
