upload outside the project root

Good night! I implemented this upload folder with dynamics and I'm having trouble following line:
$ ('# fileupload'). fileupload ({
url: '.. / training / views / person / index.php? folder = ',
maxFileSize: 100000000,
acceptFileTypes: / (. | \ /) (JPE? g) $ / i
});
This url I have to go back to him because he shares a folder with another project that was uploaded.
