How to upgrade to the new version?

Is there an easy way to upgrade to the new version of BlueSeer so all my data reminds intact?

I have looked through your website and was not able to find anything about upgrading. I am using BlueSeer on MySQL version on a Windows computer.

Send support an email indicating your current version, OS platform, and database type (MySQL). Depending on your current version, there may be upgrade path options.
