How to do the backup and recovery?

👋 I did not see the backup and recovery section anywhere in the doc, did I miss anything? Thanks!

Simplest thing would be to enable backups on Digital Ocean or Vultr, or whatever provider you're using. This is the sandbox though, so I wouldn't stress too much about it. The network data will get wiped regularly (has already been wiped once).
