Probably worth adding a subsection to 0002 Labeling and Moderation Controls for the upcoming DSA for EU users

I think it's a strong proposal, just noting that the Digital Services Act adds a requirement for all intermediaries to add certain report/label/action flows to the platform, and this is probably where that will have to live.

There's only a few months before DSA comes into operation so it's worth addressing sooner rather than later.
