Error decoding packet in LiveTranscriberSession

I encountered an issue while RSProx was trying to decode a packet in the LiveTranscriberSession, in relation to the MessagePublicDecoder.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Go in RuneScape and type /g hi as if you're talking in a Group Ironman group.
• This issue does not occur when talking in clan chat using just /.
