last_sha should be in ~/.grid/lastsha

last_sha should be moved out of the config file (so that it can be copied to another machine if necessary). The last sha should be written to ~/.grid/lastsha. This will affect grid update.

Fixed in 790304c - now stored in ~/.grid/stats file, where we can store other stats info (like total messages downloaded, etc ... of something like that).
