Not all digits replaced after finishing and disabling

When completing a pincode, normal behaviour should be that every entered value for every field is replaced with [placeholder]. That's not the case when you quickly enter the pincode and after completion disable it. See the 'register' demo and quickly fill the upper fields.

@spinninghamster, good one. This issue landed at the bottom of my to do pile;) I'll reshuffle and put it more on top to fix it a little sooner:)
