Interesting Given highlighting does not override String highlighting in XML

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have an interesting given for, say, a Directory Number
2. Include this directory number as a quoted string in logged XML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: number is highlighted
Actual: quote highlighting

It now highlight quoted Interesting Givens even when quoted
