【withdraw】users cannot withdraw

there are 2 situations that user cannot withdraw after the end of event.
⑴user can log in event details website. however, when they click on “withdraw” button, there is nothing happen.
⑵ user have bet QTUM into event and won. however, when they log in event details website, there isn't any withdraw to them. Bodhi just shows them with a report about the event betting situation.
