Add SSH flag to Bodywork Update Deployment

Currently, there is no option to add an SSH flag to the update deployment command, therefore you cannot update a deployment for a private repo (still possible via create deployment but is a sub-optimal route).

Add the same SSH flag in create deployment to update deployment.
