Given that the rosen-lab-potato-n-trials repo contains the relevant data for this analysis and should be considered the version of record, update data import scripts and process to dynamically pull in data from this repository (using URL links) rather than storing intermediate data directly within the repository for this manuscript.

To Do

  • 1. Identify scripts and directories that need to be updated
  • 2. Modify accordingly to pull in from rosen-lab-potato-n-trials repo directly
  • 3. Implement method for version control for data (i.e., which repo commit version was used for the analysis) that can be referenced in the manuscript
