What fonts are required for the "combi" setting?

Basically, it is a combination of fonts of your choice. It's exactly you make it. For instance, I'm using various free and proprietary typefaces from Windows and Mac OS X which means that my combi configuration files are made up from scraps from the free and MS presets with a few custom additions.
