Clearly and coherently distinguish between Layer and GeoLayer

The Layer-System should use a clearer terminology: As of now "Layers" are the compositions of raw geo-datasources, such as heightmodels or satellite imagery. We came to the conclusion that these are not actually layers (inherently 2 dimensional), thus we want to rename them with the term LayerComposition (as introduced by @chrisgraf): "Layers" in the landscapelab (except from 2D-layers) always represent 2 or more "GeoLayers". Hence, we should rename file names and code to LayerComposition.
