Support Sketch 45 plugin update system

Missing: zipped .sketchplugin (should be named sketch-commands.zip)
Not entirely sure if rawgit is needed to deliver the xml, due to the Content-Type header. Should be tested without it (e.g: https://github.com/bomberstudios/sketch-commands/raw/master/appcast.xml).
And compatibleVersion might need an update since it reflects the version of Sketch in which the author has tested the Plugin.
