Show name/descriptions/etc of extensions in settings

instead of just their repository names (maybe using some config file to define general informations): bonfire_ui_reactions is much more confusing than Reactions, plus adding a short description of what it does.

Done, now just have to add missing medata to relevant extensions, using declare_extension:
