  • Add Latest Tag to latest release and switch CFN and Configs to use it instead of a specific version

Fixed. Template was still defaulting to latest so only change on the backend was needed. I wrote a quick article on how I'm currently solving this. I'd like to automate and make sure not a better way to do it at some point.
