MYMETA.yml is a file that is generated by installers (EUMM, MB).
It should not be in the distribution and even less in the repository.

rm MYMETA.yml
echo 'MYMETA.*' >> .gitignore
git commit MYMETA.yml .gitignore
book commented

Thanks. It was actually removed in 2e5fb55, that I hadn't pushed yet.
