Bookmarklet should not be user-specific, even though there is a little chance in having several accounts managed from a same web browser.
Once user is logged out and attempts to bookmark to Bookie using a bookmarklet to HOSTNAME/bookie/USERNAME/new, user gets a plain 403 Forbidden error, instead of being asked to log in.
