Will enable use of long stack traces and throwing unhandled exceptions. This will make it easier to track down bugs with promise handling.
I don't believe trigger-then is responsible for bookshelf/bookshelf#310 but I'd like to verify regardless

Shouldn't really make a difference. Are you able to verify the original issue even exists?
