Consider using alphabetical order in the ToC of the reference

As laid out currently, I find it hard to find what I'm looking for. I understand the logic behind the current organization (e.g. add_member_const is close to remove_member_const ), but I don't see a lot of value in that. Instead, I think alphabetical order is much faster to parse and thus more useful.
