Upgrade Tapestry 5.5.x modules to v5.6.4

Tapestry 5.6 is a drop-in replacement for Tapestry 5.5. So let's switch the tapestry55 module to 5.6.4. Admittedly, this will be somewhat confusing, as the module itself (and the underlying Java packages) will still be called 55. But at least it will be a "drop-in replacement", requiring no upgrade actions from the user.
