I have Firefox 32.0.3. If I hit Ctrl F, then Enter repeatedly, the search keeps wrapping but no sound is heard.

Maybe we have conflicts with other addons, do you have other Findbar tweaking addons?
Try disable them for testing.

@bootleq for some reason my "Default Beep" Windows sound was not playing from any program. Restarting Windows looks to have fixed the problem. Thanks for your time.
