Can't check if official artwork is missing with steam turned off

Hey! Thank you for this amazing tool, I'm trying to run it however it gives me this error with the options I'm trying to run it as:

"C:\User\me\etc\steamgrid>steamgrid.exe --steamgriddb [MYAPIKEY] --onlymissingartwork -skipsteam -skipgoogle
Can't check if official artwork is missing with steam turned off"

I've tried dragging the Steam folder (I have it on C:\Steam) to the .bat file I created but I can't seem to make it work, wondering what I'm doing wrong but can't find anyone else with this issue for now. I tried running Steam as admin, as well, can't seem to bypass the error.
