List of available fonts

This is a superb Node module. Great work all involved.

I am trying to find a list of available fonts, I am using Helvetica with this at the moment and just wondered how wide the font availability reaches.

I believe the font availability depends on the OS where the library runs, but since #129 it's possible to use your own font files.
