undefined ticket for clients

Hello!

When the client writes a message to the bot, the following text comes in the response message:
"Thank you for contacting us. We will answer as soon as possible.
undefined #T000001"

  1. As I understand it, the word "Ticket" should be written there, right?
  2. Is it possible to reduce the amount of 0? There are a lot of them and they are not needed.
  3. How to make it so that the ticket number is written at the top and not at the bottom?
  4. When the ticket is closed, the word "Ticket" is first written on the next line number ticket and the word "closed" and after 2 lines only the text of the message. How can this be fixed too?

  1. Yes, you are right. That is a bug.
  2. Currently it is not possible. You could adjust the code yourself though.
  3. Also currently not possible without adjusting the code.
  4. I will have to look into that when I have some time.
