Switch all the java doc to English

The javadoc has been firstly done in French but internationnal users want to contribute to the bot.
Describe the solution you'd like
Replace the French javadoc by English javadoc.
Additional context
All the classes that have been created before 2020 are in French (eg).
All classes modified after 2020 are in English (eg).
