We should work on Follow function.

1.3.1. Registered user should be able to follow another registered user’s account.
1.3.2. User should be able to view the list of followers of any registered user.
1.3.3. User should be able to view the list of followings of any registered user.
These are the related requirements.

Follow feature seems working. I am closing the issue for now.
