[Backend] Update Rated Games Endpoint

Problem
Currently the /game/rated endpoint only returns the games without the ratings themselves. Also it only returns the high rated games.
Solution
I will be updating this endpoint so that it will not only return the games, also the user's scores. Also there won't be any restriction on the games having a rating above a threshold.
