I suggest we make a 0.2.0 release once #154 is merged, so we can upload it to PyPi and conda-forge. Any objections?

Then maybe we can discuss what needs to be done for a 1.0 release (https://github.com/boutproject/xBOUT/milestone/1) at the BOUT++ workshop in November.
