If you aren't familiar, github has a great team mention feature. Under the bower organization, I'd like to organize a @bower/build-tools-maintainers team the consists of maintainers interested in implementing spec changes like main, paths, etc. Anytime a PR is opened to change one of these properties that could affect tooling, we should be sure to @mention that team.
Also, it be nice to maintain a list somewhere of tool repositories implementing bower spec features. Just for use case reference.
Who has admin permissions to the bower org that could create this team?
