VTAs ending with glottal stops are not managed very well in the grammar

hw clusters have been revised so that h is deleted in the phonology

Error was that hw was not a good cluster in the phonology (h was assumed to be a hiatus breaker, and so could not combine with w), with deletion of h from hw clusters, this issue is now resolved. In dialects that retain hw, in imperatives the h and w are separated by epenthetic i, not sure about the treatment in other slots of the paradigm.
