RadarAnimation does not passthrough the clicks

Hi,

Environment:
- Elements version: 15.0.0-beta.46
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: macOS Monterey
- Browser: Chrome latest
Steps to reproduce the problem:
I am unable to click the button below the radar animation, see recording

Expected behavior
I can click the button through the radar animation.
