Add cleanup for merged branches

Registry clean logic currently only removes build-<hash> tags from the registry, but overtime your commit-<branch> tags will continue to grow - requiring manual image tag removal. Update build-version repo store git repo url and branch metadata - allowing the cleanup routines to cleanup stale commit-<branch> tags
