Can't vagrant up any more after upgrading Vagrant to 1.9.4

Today I'v upgraded from Vagrant 1.9.1 to 1.9.4 (by choco upgrade vagrant). Now then I try to vagrant up the boxcutter/ubuntu1610-desktop I get following error:

TL;DR

Yesterday everything worked fine with Vagrant 1.9.1

hmmm ... I could try to update Vagrant 1.9.5 that possibly fixes above issue but I am a bit afraid that I will have to spend the rest of the day rolling back everything :-/

I'll close this one anyway. If this issue appears undert 1.9.5 I'll reopen it.

Upgraded to Vagrant 1.9.5 today - works like a charm!
