Is there something that can be done on the GitHub side to up the rate limit for API calls from Travis? These failures are intermittent and super annoying.

@bleything @jbarnette Does it make sense to stop excluding spec/fixtures/modules from the repos? Would Travis look for the modules locally rather than hitting GitHub for these?
