psycopg not found on local install

I'm trying a fresh install locally and after I run ./setup.sh http://localhost
then docker compose up
I get the following error when it tried to load the apiserver:

@kubeworkz Could you please give us more context, the logs indicate Django framework which should have nothing to do with this service?
