make the js api more detailed to be able to add unit tests

The JavaScript API is currently quite unusable and contains some bugs. It should contain an accurate list of all updated dependencies with their previous and new version.

If it was skipped, there should also be a hint for what reason this happened - did it contain an invalid URL/import? did the current version not follow SemVer? does the module not exist or couldn't a list of all versions be retrieved?

Also, the symbols ⚠️, 🚧, and 🤞 should be used so that the CLI will only render the result to console and no longer perform advanced logic.
