Help Command broken

No problem, I'll fix that.
But I didn't really want to fix it. :)
I usually bump the version number before I start working on the new version, and when switch to a new version after that one is done. That way I know which ones are running Alphas. The help files are version-based though, so that means I'd need to make the help file before I know what's in the version.
