Clip export from timeline

This issue has nothing to do with exporting timeline video (that is not supported by Blue Iris yet).
But it is possible to have a clip open, switch to the timeline tab, and have the clip stay open. If you then choose to export the clip, most of the export controls fail to appear because you're on the timeline tab and the timeline tab doesn't have a side bar.

To fix this I should have the UI switch back to the Clips tab.
