Description update

As suggested by @PerfectSlayer in #77, the addon description might need an update.

At the moment we have the following descriptions:

GitHub project description:

Translate the selected text using Google Translate.

Addon description (package.json) + GitHub README:

gtranslate is a Firefox addon that translates the selected text using Google Translate.

addons.mozilla.org description:

gtranslate is a Firefox addon that translates the selected text using Google Translate. With gtranslate you can translate any text in a webpage just by selecting and right-clicking over it. The addon uses the Google Translate service to translate the text.

gtranslate is not affiliated with Google Inc. in any way.

I am not sure what the description in the package.json description is for, as the addons screen is using the description from addons.mozilla.org as you can see here:

Thoughts:

  • Maybe “a Firefox addon” could be removed since it’s already implied.
  • The Google Translate mention could also be removed as we want to expand it to other services in the future
  • A short description as a first line would be nice to make it fit in the addons screen (like React Devtools, Tab Tree or uBlock Origin in my screen)
  • I’m not a fan of having gtranslate as a first word in a sentence since the name is not capitalized

Ideas:

  • Translates the selected text with a right click
  • Translates any text with the right click
  • Translation in the contextual menu
  • Right click to translate
  • Right click to translate any text or web page
