problem without flow

Expected Behavior

importing in a project expo the npm module is rejected

Actual Behavior

the error is
The expo SDK requires Expo to run.
i use a project without flow.
i think that the solution is to create a build js without flow types

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Specifications

React Native version: 0.55.4
Expo version: 30.0.0
Platform: ios and android
