Connect coinbase API

inside ./api/src/services/external create a new folder coinbase
Create an index.ts folder to export all functions/classes from
Create a coinbase.ts file and a Coinbase class
Inside of the Coinbase class add the necessary methods we need, eg fetchTransactionsByAddress
