Many changes have been made since the last update of the changelog from v1.10.0 ( 2016-10-24).
the major changes, things that break or regarding compatibility with Django, should be described in the changelog.

Why was this closed?
The changelog is still as it was when this issue was opened: the last described change is for 1.10, but the latest version available is 1.14.
