The user needs a way to edit their basic information. We also need a way for them to change their password, upload an image (API isn't currently ready for this either), and a few other basic actions.

Should be the view after clicking the gear in the nav.

This module will be delayed until resolution of #40

Users should be able to update their First Name, Last Name, and Password using the account edit screens. Images to come after #19
